Each of my students receives advice based on the specific concerns they have. Using my 6 years as a professional equine photographer, I guide each student with empathy, kindness, and first hand experience.

VIRTUAL BUSINESS MENTORING
Virtual (online) mentorship calls are designed to coach you in all matters related to running and organizing your business. From workflow to client management, pricing to marketing, and everything in between.
Single sessions are great for specific pain points in established businesses, and bundled sessions are a fantastic way to tackle complete reboots of your business' backend practices.

Kick start your business with a 1:1 bootcamp designed around your individual roadblocks, strengths, and goals. We'll discuss every aspect of your business both behind the desk and behind the camera. The result is confidence, a ton of knowledge, and follow on support from an empathetic teacher.

"Observed sessions" are exactly as you imagine - you'll be observing me as I conduct and execute a shoot while I provide full explanations of my decision making process. "Guided sessions" put you in the driver's seat shooting alongside me with myself providing gentle correction and affirmation throughout the shoot.
What is an observed session vs. guided session?
Sessions must be used within 3 months after purchase to ensure I'm able to accommodate all incoming students. Please note all fees are nonrefundable.
Do sessions expire?
Yes. All business students should have at least a year's experience as a legal photography business. All shooting students should have a working knowledge of how to shoot in MANUAL mode on their camera and basic Photoshop skills such as masking and layering.
Are there experience requirements for your students?
Because there are so many elements of shooting that are better understood during execution, I only mentor shooting and editing during my in-person 1:1 mentorships. My virtual mentorships only cover business coaching elements.
Do you teach shooting online?
Virtual mentoring sessions are conducted via Zoom. In-person mentorships happen in Columbia, Missouri or Elkton, Maryland. Travel to Maryland or Missouri is your responsibility.
